Like so many others reaching out for assistance, I also am having issues with my screen flickering/flashing.
I didn't have any issues until this week when there was a firmware update with my Inspire HR.
I've worn it in the pool three times this past week and only started having issues last night. When I went to bed it was at 53% and then completely dead three hours later (at least that is what I assume since it stopped tracking my sleep). I've charged the battery completely, did two re-starts, but it still flashes/flickers, even when I dim the screen.

I have the Same problem.. when I went to bed it was 55% of battery but it didn’t turn on in the morning.. i restarted it and did software update.. now the screen is flickering.. not showing some application in watch like exercise.. not able to scroll up or down as it’s Keep flickering. And it shows two formats of clock setup.. very disappointing..
