Inspire HR heart rate function stopped working

Heart rate on my Fitbit inspire HR is not displaying for the past 2 days. I’ve tried all possible solutions on the web. I’ve even contacted the customer care thrice. They told me they’ve escalated my case to the higher authorities but I haven’t received any response email yet.
is there anything I can do to set this issue right?

My heart rate is no longer working either.  I checked for updates, but it says mine is up to date.  I've restarted it numerous times. I've found that Fitbit products usually don't last more than a year, hence why this is my last Fitbit product.  Apple Watch, here I come!

My heart rate tracking stopped working around this same date.  Makes me wonder if an update caused a global issue.  At the same time, I stopped receiving sleep scores.

I’ve now gone back to a very old Charge 2 as my Inspire HR has given up the ghost completely … I just wish Fitbit did better (and I’d settle for more expensive) devices.. I love the app but the hardware is basic with a 1970s look about them .
