The green light on my fitbit inspire is lit up however it’s not recording my heart rate. Any suggestions?

Hi @Emily0128  is the green light flickering? Or constantly on?

Go to the Settings app on your Inspire (swipe down) and check that the Heart Rate is still turned on.

Try restarting the Inspire HR several times   Restart your tracker

Come back here if it still wont work.
