After I roll up the sleeves, I tried to turn on Fitbit Inspire HR and it's getting non-functional and broken.

@charltonme21  Have you tried a restart?  If not, put it on the charger and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
