My new Inspire HR and my Charge2 HR track hourly activity but both stopped synching hourly activity with the app. For a month I have used both of the devices on a daily basis there has been no problem. (I use my beat up Charge2 HR while I gardening but for the most part I use the Inspire HR.)
Some recent changes that may have had an impact on the devices:
- I downloaded the updated Fitbit IOS app three days ago
- I've reset both the Charge2 HR and the Inspire HR
- I removed location services from my iPhone four days ago.
Any insight as to what may be causing the issue?
I have had a Fitbit on my wrist for years without issue. I hope this problem has a ready solution.

Thanks for taking time to provide some insight into what might be causing the non-synch. It has been two days since I wrote the first message and yesterday it looked like all was cleared up, but not so today. Today the Inspire HR is tracking but not synching hourly activity. Since it is tracking the activity the issue must be software and not firmware.
Very frustrating as I am a big proponent of all things Fitbit! Any other ideas on a fix?

A possible explanation, but not really a solution:
I suspect the 250+ steps actually are syncing but not displaying correctly. I often get no hours displayed, but if I go into the detail and back out, maybe a few times, it shows up - apparently an issue with getting all the data downloaded from the Fitbit database to phone. One way to chek for sure is to look at the fitbit.com database. It seems to always correctly show the true data from the fitbit database.
