Inspire HR mistracking

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I got a new Inspire HR about a month ago and since I got it, I have noticed my step count is too high, my calories burned is much lower than my previous Charge HR 2, and it tells me I swam every day. I don't swim. I was sitting eating lunch and it congradulated me for finishing a 30 minute swim. Is this a severe software malfunction? Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi @fenway191233 Try restarting it several times and see if that fixes the issue. If you never use swimming you can turn off swim recognition (I have done that with elliptical as I kept getting false elliptical activity recorded and I never use an elliptical). To turn it off, on your app, go to your account and scroll down to Goals and select Exercise. There you can turn exercise you dont use to Ignore.
