Recently started using my Inspire HR again after a few months break. I've noticed though that it's showing my heart rate on the screen, and when I workout, the screen at the end of the workout shows my highest and lowest heart rate throughout the workout (on the device). In the app, I can see my current and daily resting heart rate, but not any info about heart rate during workouts, or throughout the rest of the day. There's no graph, no heart rate zone data, and it says 'no data' generally, despite the fact that it clearly is recording the data somehow, to be showing the current data and data on the device itself.
Anyone else had this issue and have any idea how to correct it? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, disconnecting and resyncing my device, and reaching out to the fitbit support team who basically said 'yes, that sounds like an issue. We'll look into it but can't tell you when or if there'll be an outcome'.
Really frustrated and keeping everything crossed that there's a fix!

Hi! I’ve had this issue with my inspire HR since the update to the HR graphs. Weirdly the only thing that fixed it was switching my phone to 24hr clock not 12hr clock (iPhone). Hope that can help!
