Hi! Ever since the most recent update my Inspire HR is not counting a lot of my activity if it is happening within 1 room. F.e., if I do a cardio workout in 1 room, fitbit doesn't count any steps at all. It starts counting steps only if I move further out - like going from a room to a room. Running on a treadmill gets me 0 steps at this point - even if i waive my arms like a windmill. How can it be fixed?

Hi @Russianmarina, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the steps and activity tracking issues that your Inspire HR has experienced.
I'd like you to restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your steps and activity and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi Juan,
I restarted my Inspire HR as described in the article. I checked out the help page, but it still doesn't explain the untracked steps - unless that step tracker ONLY uses GPS to track the distance traveled. I tested it again, and treadmill/walking within a room is not reflected in my fitbit. F.e., I was at 4600 steps, I did a cardio workout for 15 minutes (the one where you pretty much step around like a crazy person), and 15 minutes later I was at 4600 steps. When I left the room (looking at my fitbit), I suddenly started getting 4601, 4602 etc - so it starts counting steps after may be 10th step, as long as that 10th step is geographically past a certain radius. Sorry, but the issues is not fixed.
