If your Exercise Tile suddenly stops logging exercise make sure you haven’t inadvertently changed the device to “On Clip.” If it has try changing it back to “On Wrist.” Press the button down and hold for two seconds, Swipe up and you'll see the "On Clip" mode, Tap on “On Clip” to change to “On Wrist.” This worked for me.
