Inspire HR not detecting exercise

My Inspire seems to know when I’m in our elliptical machine, but my wife’s doesn’t. We can’t figure out what’s different though which is annoying

Any suggestions please

Hello @philguk do you have auto detect setup for elliptical and is you time long enough for your settings?

Yes to both questions, although as part of circuit training we’re often on the elliptical for around 6 minutes. But my Fitbit detects my elliptical but my wife’s doesn’t
