Watch screen is not working

The watch screen is black and not showing any of the data ,after that it was not attached to the mobile!

Hi, @Nuha55 , a restart usually fixes this.

 

First plug it in to charge using a plug that is known to be working and ideally give it a couple of hours charge, even if the screen continues to be blank.  Then, while it is still plugged in and charging, press and hold the button for 5-10 seconds.  It is important that the Fitbit remains attached to the charging cable the whole time you are pressing the button.

 

You may have to repeat this process but hopefully you will see a smiley face and everything will be back to normal.
