My Fitbit worked great when I had it 3 months ago, I’ve recently noticed I’m not getting any notifications any longer and cannot now pair up my Fitbit to my devices, just get messages saying pairing has failed - not happy, the main reason I bought it was to receive notifications.

I understand how are you feeling. If your tracker isn't receiving notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provided there.

I tried the links advice several times, messed about with my phone, iPad and Fitbit, don’t know what I eventually did but it has started to work again 🙂 thank you
