Inspire HR not receiving notifications

Hi, I’m having issues with my notifications. When I try and turn on notifications in the app it tells me “Bluetooth paring required. Your inspire HR and your iPhone need to be paired before you can use this feature.”

It gives Two options “cancel” or “set up.” I have clicked set up and then it tries to turn on my all day sync. It loads for like five minutes and then says something about not being able to. So In the long run, neither one ends up being turned on so NO notifications are sent to my Fitbit.

I’ve checked the Bluetooth is on and have restarted the phone, deleted the inspire from the app and download it again, I don’t be know what else to try, Please help!

Hi @Hayley_Major What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Hi I have the inspire and I have tried it with my android phone and it's not working for me I've deleted the app an pressed set Bluetoot. And it's still not working can someone please help me

I have an iPhone 6s, updated to 12.2.
