Inspire HR won't pair

Brand new inspire hr. Only thing on is Fitbit logo, charges when connected to computer, will not pair with HTC M7 which has latest up date. Message is couldn't pair with Inspire HR because of an incorrect pin or passkey which hasn't been given or asked for. Also nothing happens when tapped.

Hi @janl44  Unfortunately that phone is not on the Supported Devices List and that may be why you are having problems.

Try these two Help Artivles and see if you can get it working.
