I've had my Inspire HR for about 2 weeks now and despite being paired with my phone and syncing I still don't receive any notifications from my phone. Is there something I need to check in my settings to overcome this or is my phone too new (Galaxy Note 10+)?

Hi @JakiB69 I just saw THIS comment this morning. I know it isnt the same phone as yours, but they are both Samsungs, so give the suggestion a try. Good luck!

Please can you tell me when the issue will be fixed in relation to receiving notifications from my phone to my Fitbit as I feel as if I have been duped and mislead about what the fitbit can actually do. I feel I have wasted my money.

I to have problems with notifications but don't feel duped there is alot of good things about the Fitbit calculating steps, log in your meals, heart rate,and tracks sleep and also community support. So don't give up.Using the Fitbit has actually helped me in reaching my goals as far as health and weight.
