Inspire HR not showing sleeping heart rate

My Inspire HR (with premium) is no longer showing the graph of sleeping heart rate. However, it will still tell me I was above or below resting heart rate during sleep, and still shows my average sleeping heart rate, but when I click on the graph there is no data - just a blank graph. Any ideas?

I deleted and reinstalled the app, and the graph is back! Thanks for the

My Fitbit is fully up to date as I check most days but the graph still isn’t showing. Fingers crossed your graph stays for you.

So - as I contributed to this stream before - I’ve been quite upset that I had purchased my Inspire HR only a month or so ago mainly to be able to track my sleeping heart rate and that the feature didn’t work. I had decided a week ago to return it to Costco where I had purchased it and packed it up with receipt etc. but hadn’t gotten there yet.

When I saw the stream that said it was back I decided to get it out and try once more. I charged it and set it back up pairing it with my I phone. Nothing.

So I went to the App Store where I got my Fitbit app and it said Update! Meaning the app so I did and this morning I have the graph back! In case you were misinterpreting what to reset as I was - it wasn’t the device you reset - it’s the app! I am using iOS. I hope this helps anyone else with this issue.

Looked for any updates and the app stored showed an update a week ago. This feature still not there.
