Inspire HR not syncing with Android

Ive had the InspireHR a week and was working fine up to today. It says its syncing but the data is not changing and the heart rate on the phone is static just displaying resting heart rate. Ive tried un/reinstalling . I tried to revoke access to the divices to try to restart the process. Now I can't get anything back. I hope that a Fitfit firmware out this week auto update has not corrupted the system. I'm really disappointed with this thing. Ive spent hours try

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
