Inspire HR not syncing with iphone

For some reason I am not able to get my watch lined to my I phone. It use to wor but stopped. I followed all instructions and for the past 2 days I am getting the message it will be working tonight and it has not yet happened. I just got this in April for my birthday. any help would be appriciated.

@kleinhenz Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for sharing all of those details regarding Inspire HR not syncing. 

 

In this case, it is possible that a firmware update is available and that would be the reason why it is not syncing properly. If you are having troubles to update, please try these steps in order to sort that out.

 

Once updates, it should sync properly again. However, if it doesn't please follow these syncing troubleshooting steps to sort that out. What model of iPhone are you using?
