Inspire HR not syncing

I got this wristband about 2 months ago and its sync fine. The new app update is not finding my Inspire. I've tried erasing it off my profile,bluetooth off and on,restarting my phone,restarting the band,logging out and back in,and deleting my app and nothing has worked. Can someone help me?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
