At least once a week my Fitbit doesn’t track my cardio (running and walking) under my daily exercise. As a result, it looks like I’m not reaching my weekly goals. The Fitbit is recognizing the exercise under active minutes, steps, and heart rate. Just not updating the daily exercise goal. Pls help. Very frustrated.

@alexalee Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I see where your frustration is coming from. I'd like you to make sure that the activity is being tracked either by SmartTrack or by the exercise app on your Inspire 2. Is it happening on the Inspire 2 and the app?
In order to keep the forums organized, please confirm that you have a Fitbit Inspire 2 and not Inspire HR.
Hope this helps.

I have the Inspire HR. It’s not tracking on the wristband or the app.

I’m having the same issue too! I just upgraded to an Inspire 2, and it tracks active minutes and steps in the app, but won’t auto track my workouts. Already tried updating the app and restarting my device. Frustrating because my old device was more accurate!

@alexalee Thank you for confirming that you have a Fitbit Inspire HR. I've moved your post to this board, in an effort to keep the forums organized.
@ClaireAM19 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. I see where your frustration is coming from.
SmartTrack recognizes an exercise that lasts at least 15 minutes. If your activities aren't recognized, lower the auto-exercise recognition setting to 10 minutes.
Hope this helps.

My activities are 45 to 60 min at a time. It isn't the setting. It's the device.
