Welcome to the Community @nannyly. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
Sorry for the delayed reply. I would like you to restart your Inspire HR and make sure you're not wearing it too loose. Please change the setting to sensitive and wear it again at night.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

It is in sensitive it is not loose. Example Sunday sleep log 3:03 to 4:25. Then 7:46 to 10:24. I was in bed entire time 3 am to 10:24 with 1 bathroom trip in there somewhere. So why no log 4:25 to 7:46

I’ve also seen this issue with my Inspire HR and the sensitivity seems to make to difference

Hubby has issues with his inspire hr not tracking sleep properly too. It tells him that he goes to bed after 2:00 AM each night, regardless of when he goes to bed.

I'am glad to hear that changing the sensitivity worked for you @Crotts.
Welcome to the Community @Relly61. Please try restarting his Inspire HR and advise him to try wearing his tracker not to loose to make sure it tracks sleep properly. Also, you can change the sensitivity.
Let me know how it goes.

We have restarted the Fitbit. We have tried it on sensitivity and being able to place a finger between the band and the wrist...then changed the sensitivity to normal and having the band at the same fitting.
We then tightened the band up a notch, and having the sensitivity switched between normal and sensitive.
We have the sleep times set to 11:00 PM bedtime and wake up at 8:00 AM. Regardless, the app tells us that he goes to sleep after 2:00 AM....the other night it said it was 5:00 AM. We just want it to work properly...not interested in having to wake it up manually, or having to manually adjust the sleep times. It is getting very frustrating. I have a versa and have never had a problem.
Make it work!
