Inspire HR not tracking workout correctly

Hi There, 

 

My Fitbit stopped tracking my workout 10 mins in. 

 

Following completing the workout, I have changed the time on the workout to include the whole workout time, while this has updated the heart rate and active zones, the calories burnt has not updated. 

 

It flashed up for a second then returned to the original number (for the first 10 mins of the workout). The stats now show the full chart for calories but the number has not been updated. 

 

Is this a small bug or something you can fix - I would like to see the full calorie stats for my whole workout and log this in my week. 

 

Please let me know how to solve this.

 

My Fitbit is brand new and up to date app wise and syncs no problem.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Inspire HR and try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
