iPad Pro 9.7”
iOS 13.3
Christmas gift Inspire HR
Tracker/device will not update. And yet it constantly reminds me “tracker needs setup”! I have followed all of the posted steps, rebooted the iPad, rebooted the Fitbit, turned Bluetooth on and off, removed and reinstalled the device, removed and reinstalled the app. Hours wasted looping through this on this useless brick. How and why do you sell a device that won’t work out of the box?
Before I dumpster this generous gift, anyone have any new ideas? Right now it’s junk.

I cannot find a manual for my Fitbit Inspire because I cannot find the model number. I no longer have the packaging. It had no information anyway. My Fitbit keeps saying www.fitbit.com/setup and noting else. I have gone through setup three times, and still have no results I can see. What am I doing wrong and is there a NUMBER for my Inspire model?
