Inspire HR not working properly

Got a fitbit HR two days ago. Everything was working great. Only downside I noticed was inaccurate step count.

 

However, now, it either doesnt sync, says it syncs and doesnt, doesnt pair and on top of that, doesnt send social notifications.

 

I have tried all the common tricks; clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting fitbit, unpairing devices and pairing them again, and turning off and on the bluetooth. Nothing has changed. 

 

Any help would be appreciated, very close to refunding it.
