Inspire HR not working

So I've had my inspire HR for a little under a month and suddenly nothing will display anymore. It still vibrates periodically and will give me a smiley face when I try to reset but nothing more. Additionally, on the app on my phone I can see that the battery is charged (so I know it's charging), but I can't connect to it. Super frustrating when the thing doesn't even last a whole month.

Same for me - it stopped showing steps or heart beat though it shows time and vibrates on notifications. Whats the resolution?

I put it briefly  on the charger. Took it off and I lost like 8000 steps. I cant get it to properly sync.

I got the fitbit inspire HR as a gift on april 21 st 2019. and this week it stops working... just the occasional vibrate...it is charged and as far as I know was last sync on monday..the green light no longer flashes...the app does communicate even though the bluetooth is on ......on the app it does not give any updates in activity since april 26th....

Same problem here.  Started today. Screen goes black.  I plugged in and got the fitbit diamond dots, then nothing.  I hold the button down to turn off and on and I get a smiled face once in a while, it buzzes here and there.

 

I recorded not than a month use out of it.

Call customer support...I did they are replacing mine....
