My Garmin allows setting 5 heart rate zones (Zones 1-5 and Max Hear Rate) and alerts me when my zone changes during training.   Does the Inspire HR provide this feature?

See What are heart-rate zones?

Zones: peak, cardio, fat-burn, out-of-zone; or user-defined custom zone.

Only "notification" is change of heart-rate icon on display.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
