Inspire HR not working

Hi. I got my daughter an inspire hr for Christmas but after doing the update it will not switch on no matter what I do. Any ideas?

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR. Please restart your device by following these instructions. If you see that it is syncing please try changing the clock face.

No. I have tried to reset the Fitbit but nothing at all is happening.
