This is the most worthless product I have ever owned. They don't back a replacement part that lasted less than 3 months. Ive had nothing but trouble with this product from the start.

If you call offering a 35% discount on a new product when the last product that failed in less than 3 months help...i have owned my FitBit a year and a half and it has already failed on me 3 times. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because of your lack of providing a quality product, then wanting me to buy more.
