Inspire HR not working

My inspire HR screen won’t let me swipe before the last day or two. The battery life is now draining within a day and my heart rate tracker today was inaccurate stating I had a heart rate of 170 when I’m at rest.   I have completed a restart several times now and have change my clock face to heavy stats so could still see my stats. I haven’t been able to complete a system reset due to the fact I can’t access the settings on my Fitbit cause I can’t swipe. Please help.
