So I got my Inspire HR for Christmas and while it’s worked fine I’ve noticed the past two days the notifications have been off. It’s syncing to my phone and while it says my notifications are on it won’t show them on my band. I’ve turned my phone on and off and as soon as it turns on I get notifications then they stop again. Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on and how to fix it?

Are you using an Android of iPhone device? If you're using and iOS device, what is the OS version of your iPhone? Some users have reported notifications issues after updating to iOS 13. You can try the steps here: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Hi, please help! I absolutely love my fitbit but over the last couple of months it has stopped sending notifications! I'm absolutely lost with out it. Its still showing steps etc and syncing with the app for the step data but it will not show notifications even though everything is set up. I have done everything suggested. I've reinstalled the app, forgot and re paired the device etc. My phone is compatible. I'm really really disappointed that this option won't work. It was a god send to me!

Hiya, I had the same issue a while ago. It suddenly started working tho. Have you tried restarting the watch? In settings? On the trailer itself?

No worries. When I did it a few times it worked I really hope it does work for u. So you scroll up from the clock face of the watch up to the settings app. Then if u scroll there are 2 opt. I think? One of them is factory reset and one is restart watch. Do the restart first a few times if that doesn't work don't do the factory reset immediately that ma ty cause a few issues. Give it a night or 2 to work and if it doesn't work :((( then factory reset. This worked for me.
