My Fitbit was working fine till last night. Tried to check the time this morning and noticed that it won’t turn on. Thought maybe the batterie was dead. Been charging it for hours, but still won’t turn on when off the charger. Did the reset, changed the clock face, but nothing worked. No vibration when trying to reset, only the smiley face. Went to clear my user data thinking it would reset. Nothing is working. My screen is completely black.
