Is anyone else suffering the same?

 

My Fitbit died after an update recently, just went completely blank and wouldn’t charge. As it was only a few months old it was replaced, but this one is driving me nuts! It Won’t hold a charge for more than 3 days, won’t show me the time, won’t show me my steps. Instead it records my “exercise” for hours on end! I don’t run, but according to my Fitbit I do. The last update is useless and I’m about ready to throw this in the bin and switch to Garmin. I’ve recommended Fitbit for years but this last few weeks has just about finished my love affair with Fitbit! 
anyone have this issue and figured out how to sort it out?

Other problems...

showing that I’m on an active call, whilst my phone is on airplane mode, doesn’t show messages. Records exercise for hours on end, but won’t let me end it. Won’t scroll through the display and what ever it does show on the display is constantly jumping about making it very difficult to read.

 

I loved the inspire because it showed me the time and my steps, it’s small and I can see who’s ringing / messaging discretely at work. None of that is true now except it’s still small!
