Hi I've restarted many times using that method and wasn't solved. After a couple of hours the Fitbit logo with a 001 message appeared in my display, I restarted again many times and now it's not syncronizing (and neither scrolling)

Hi @Vaninacipriano, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the self scrolling issue that the screen of your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please confirm if you restarted your Inspire HR as described in this help article. If so, please try setting up your Inspire HR from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed after monitoring it for 24 hours.

Looking forward to your response.

I was having this same issue with my Inspire HR and tried all of the suggested solutions and nothing worked until this morning. I happened to have my watch paired to receive notifications and sms from my phone so when I received a notification it popped up on my screen and after that I was able to scroll through for a bit but after an hour the scroll stopped working again. If you have the notification app paired try that and see if it works. Hoping customer support might be able to help
