Hi. My Inspire HR is 8 months old and I'm having issue with it. Previously, I could scroll to choose the exercise on the list and now I can't scroll or do anything. It just remains stuck on the clock face.
Any suggestions?

Hi @Sharoncita2404, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the screen issues that your Inspire HR has experienced.
In order to fix this issue, I'd like you to restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Fitbit device and see if the screen works and scrolls properly.

Hi JuanJo and thanks so much for replying.
I followed the instruction to reset my Fitbit and got the smiley face and nothing 😞
It still doesn't scroll through the menu or anything.
