Inspire HR screen is acting odd

Scroll function has changed the way it works. I can't see data other than time.

When I get a notification, it shows and I can scroll up down to read that, but then just back at seeing only the time.

Any ideas?

Hi @Joscar Have you tried Restarting  your Luxe a few times. That may sort if out. If it doesn't then contact Fitbit Support

Thanks for the reply.

Restart option didn't do anything, but Fitbit support suggested I changed the clock face and then synced ..... no idea why this should work but it did ... I'm happy now

Interesting but it didn’t end good for me, I had the same issue with Fitbit not responding to taps or scrolling in any case, support ask me to restart it first and it actually seemed to have broken the screen, now it shows just some white-gray lines and just when I press the side button, I don’t know what to do. Then they told me to change clock face but still doesn’t work. Then they told me they can’t do anything since I’m out of garante period time. Any ideas what could I do?

Sorry no other ideas.  You have tried the two suggestions.  You could try going to a store where they are sold and ask the sales rep for advise, sometimes you can find a ral person that knows what they are talking abut 😞
