Inspire HR screen jumping

Hi, I received my inspire HR today. It works okay except the screen is always jumping around by itself. From the default watch screen, without me doing anything, it will navigate to other views, and moving between views sometimes flickers. Any ideas?

Hi @Movingon69, welcome to the community.

I would first suggest restarting your device by following the steps here

My son's is doing the same thing. We have reset it twice and it continues to have issues.

Yep, I've reset it and cleared user data without solving the problem.

I'm having the exact same issue and actually had just started a thread about it (I didn't know how to describe it) but mine also jumps around and starts timers and exercises without me pressing anything, just by moving my hands. Super frustrating.

I ended up returning it. I don't think there's a fix.

We ended up returning the first Inspire that my son bought, but before opening the replacement decided to return it and "upgrade" to a Charge 3. He was willing to spend the extra to get one that worked and I have had my Charge 3 since Christmas with no problems. He has used the Charge 3 since March 23 and is loving it.

Yea, sadly I think I will ago ahead and return mine and re-buy the Alta HR. I also had a Charge 3 and it was really good!

I am having the same issue. What’s the response from Fitbit on this? Please advise it’s very frustrating. To some spending $100 on a fitness tracker may not seem like a lot but for me it was and I hoped it would work and I would t need to “upgrade” to not have a faulty one.
