Inspire HR screen not responding

Hi! 

My inspire HR display is not working fine. When i want to start an exercise like bike. I cant activate the start sometimes. It is not responding.

I have ride the bike for 45 minuts today and it did not regognize that. 

It says 0 minuts run. And yesterday evening it says a 0 minut swim? I was sitting in a chair. Also when i flip my wrist normally the display would go on but that is also not working anymore...

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Press and hold the button to access certain settings. Make sure Screen Wake is turned on.
