Inspire HR screen stopped working

Screen no longer changes or responds AT ALL . and yes, ive tried resets

 

Never will I ever purchase this product again. Haven't even had it a year

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

Hi @ARod12, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the screen issue that your Inspire HR has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like to know if your Inspire HR vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Inspire Hr for 2-3 hours and see if the screen turns on.
