When I try and open any of the apps on the device (specifically on the exercise app) it doesn't seem to work. When I tap the app the screen just goes black and the 'play' option never appears so I am unable to track my exercise. Also, the touch screen is incredibly temperamental, often when I am swiping through the apps the screen will immediately become black which is very frustrating.
I have restarted my watch, made sure the app is up to date and I am now at a loss with what to do!
I only received the FitBit Inspire HR for Christmas so device is less than a month old, would appreciate a fix as nothing I have seen on the forums have worked so far!

Hi @JenTaylor, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen tapping and scrolling issues that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get them resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like to know if you restarted your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your Fitbit device is fully charged.
