Fitbit is a year old & suddenly the screen went blank. Tried holding button for 15 seconds & nothing. Can’t change clock face bc app says device not found. HELP!
This is the exact thing that just happened to me! I put in a request to support and they are supposed to be getting back to me by email tomorrow. Chat agent couldn't help me. I'm afraid that it will need to be replaced, but on my own dollar!
