This is my second Inspire HR (after my Alta HR stopped working, and then the first Inspire HR also stopped working - third time lucky has now turned out to also not work!). The screen will display the clock only, and will not scroll. It also will not restart - when I connect it to the cable it vibrates, but does not display the battery icon like it usually does. No matter how long or many times I have held the button in while it is attached to the cable, it will not also not restart.
Please advise what else can be tried to get this thing working. It is still syncing, and apparently still tracking, but the screen will not work and the thing will not restart.

As I noted, there is no problem with charging. The problem is that the screen will not scroll, and it will not restart.
