Hi I was gifted a fitbit HR last christmas which gave up the ghost about 6 months in. I was given a replacement about 6 months ago however following it going flat on Saturday and having a full recharge, it will no longer scroll, or respond to the screen being tapped. I've accessed the troubleshooting pages on the support page and carried out the suggestions, changing clock face, restarting etc but to no avail. Please can you offer some advice. Thanks.

Hi @Penny08, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Inspire HR won't scroll. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via social media and they'll contact you via email in order to follow up and provide a solution. Please keep an eye on your email account.
