Ordered two Inspire HR for my kids one as a birthday gift and one for Xmas. The one I am setting up today, the screen won't swipe at all! Have tried resetting and training with no luck. And am really concerned that the Christmas gift will be just the same....

Hi @CourtGw usually with the holidays coming up, the return window is bigger, but it's always good to plan ahead. I like how you're setting them up now.
try getting with customer support. That way your concern is noted and they will have it on file that you called.
