My Inspire Hr is 3 minutes late and doesn't show the proper time even after syncing with the app.
I also tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and recoupling the watch. I also resettet my Inspire Hr by keeping the button pressed whilst it is recharging till it showed the smiley face but it still shows the wrong time. Not sure what to do now.

I am sorry to hear your Inspire HR is 3 minutes late and shows the wrong time even after syncing. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. Since your tracker is syncing, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps in this help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
If the issue persists, I recommend changing your time zone to a different one, syncing the tracker and then changing the time zone to the correct one. After that please manually sync the tracker by following the steps from this help article: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?
