My wife and I both have Inspire HRs and both typically sync to our iPads
My sync usually completes in 30 seconds or less, hers can easily take 10 MINUTES or more
We are using the SAME Wi-Fi and have the save version FitBit apps. We do have different iPad models but both running the latest iOS release
What should I be looking for. My wife’s Inspire is rapidly becoming unusable
Thanks

Thanks for the tips
It does sync, but it takes “forever”. We’ve never seen a sync failure, so sync is working. It’s just far slower than my device

Thank you for your reply, @philguk.
I appreciate the additional details. I am glad to hear the tracker is syncing despite the difficulties and thank you for sharing your concern. Usually, if there are several devices or other Bluetooth products, the Bluetooth connection can be interfered. Check if having another device not nearby or turning off other Bluetooth connections helps with syncing. You can find more information about syncing in How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
Hope this helps.
