Hi
How do I make it so I have to tell the fitbit the sync? We're having a step challenge at work and I don't want my steps to constantly update. I have the all-day sync turned OFF, but it still syncs.
I have the app on my phone as well as using the PC app and the website.
Thanks 🙂

@naniq Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your Auto Sync option for your Inspire HR. When you open the app the device will try to sync so if you just need to see the previously synced data then turn off the bluetooth on your phone when opening the app (this way you will control when your tracker syncs). The same with your computer although the computer will try to sync every time the device has new data and is near it. In this case turn off the computer's bluetooth when your tracker is nearby or during the competition uninstall the Fitbit app from your PC.
Let me know how it goes.

These are not real solutions. Please put the option to turn off all-day sync back in settings!
