Inspire HR stopped syncing

My Fitbit stopped syncing on Jan 2.  I have followed the steps to sync, ie, deleted app and reinstalled, rebooted device, etc. IOS and Fitbit apps are both up to date. After reinstalling app it showed step count for yesterday for about 1 minute then it disappeared and said syncing again. No data showed up after that.  How can I get it to sync?

Hi @Koalaty21, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
