The charger isn't turning on when I attach the watch like it always does in the past. I've cleaned both back of watch and the charger, which has worked recently, but now that isn't even working. The watch hasn't been charging to 100%either, and needs to be changed more often.

Hi @Kariannkay, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the battery issues that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
