Hey!

Just set up my new Fitbit inspire. I like to track my heart rate when I’m exercising because I have a condition.

When I log onto my Fitbit app and select my Inspire, I go to apps then all apps but the all apps selection is blank? I can’t add anything like heart rate 😕 

help please! Thank you 😊

Hello @Becca_1995 and welcome to the Help forums.  You say that you bought an Inspire.  The Inspire doesn't monitor hear rate.  It doesn't have the hardware.  If you want to have a tracker from the Inspire family, you should return your Inspire and get an Inspire HR or an Inspire 2.

I contacted Fitbit live chat this morning who told me this! I didn’t know but I’ve switched back to my Fitbit charge 2 for now! Shame really because my Inspire is a gorgeous colour and so light!
