Inspire HR stopped vibrating.

I have owned this Fitbit Inspire from me for about 3 months. Until now it has worked perfectly, vibrating on my wrist for emails and WhatsApp messages. Suddenly, yesterday, this stopped. I've reset the Fitbit, stopped and started Bluetooth on my phone, restarted phone ask to no avail. Does anyone have any further suggestions for me to try?

When you say it doesn't vibrate, does the message show up on the Inspire HR?

Have you checked that the DND has not been turned enabled. 

I've also moved your hardware question to the Inspire board

It was not vibrating and messages were not showing despite being enabled.
However, miraculously, it has started working again.
